1. How to enter

The 24-hour rule: to be entered, you must post a ride or a ride request within 24 hours of creating your RIDEMATE account. If your account already existed when the Sweepstakes began, you must post within 24 hours of receiving Sponsor’s Sweepstakes announcement email. Posts made after your 24-hour window do not count.

Post a ride (drivers): post a ride in the RIDEMATE app within your 24-hour window. The ride does not have to be for tomorrow or next week: it can be for any upcoming date, a month or two out, whenever you know you’re heading home or traveling next. It must be a trip you genuinely intend to take. One entry per posted ride, up to 5 rides per person.
Post a ride request (riders): post a ride request in the RIDEMATE app within your 24-hour window for a date you actually need a ride. Same idea: it can be weeks or months away, as long as it’s a real trip. One entry per request, up to 3 requests per person.

Entries are credited automatically to the account that posted. Rides or requests that are deleted before the drawing, duplicated, or that Sponsor reasonably determines were posted only to enter (for example, placeholder dates) may be removed from the drawing. Booking a seat as a passenger does not earn an entry.

2. Winner selection

On Monday, November 23, 2026, Sponsor will randomly draw three winners from all eligible entries. The first name drawn receives the $1,000 prize, the second the $500 prize, and the third the mystery prize. One prize per person; if the same person is drawn twice, a new name is drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

3. Prizes

First prize: $1,000, paid via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Cash App at the winner’s choice.
Second prize: $500, paid the same way.
Third prize: a mystery prize, revealed when the winner is announced.

Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. Winners are responsible for any taxes; the $1,000 winner will be asked to complete an IRS Form W-9 before payment.

4. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on Friday, November 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Rides and requests posted outside the Entry Period do not count. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

5. Notification and verification

Winners will be notified within 3 days of the drawing at the email on their RIDEMATE account and by Instagram DM where available, and must respond and confirm eligibility (including current enrollment) within 7 days. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate is drawn. Sponsor may require a signed release before paying a prize.

6. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Florida who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older and currently enrolled students at the University of Florida with a valid university email address and a verified RIDEMATE account. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and the insurance required by Florida law; compliance is the driver’s responsibility.

7. Sponsor

The RideMate Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ride Mate LLC, 1545 SW 1st Street, Miami, FL 33135 (“Sponsor”), the operator of the RIDEMATE Carpool app and ridemate.ai. This Sweepstakes is separate from the RIDEMATE Fall 2026 Giveaway, which has its own rules.

8. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or the RIDEMATE terms of use, or acts in an unsportsmanlike way, and may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot run as planned. Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial and university on its social channels without further compensation. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Apple, Google, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Cash App. Florida law governs these rules.

9. Privacy

Information collected for the Sweepstakes is used only to administer it and to contact winners, and is handled under RIDEMATE’s privacy policy at ridemate.ai.

10. Winners list and contact

For the winners’ names, message @ridematecarpool on Instagram or email contact@ridemate.ai after the announcement and before January 31, 2027.
